What you’ll do: We’re seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and routine maintenance on production and facility equipment. Help us keep operations running smoothly and safely.
Troubleshoot and repair machinery (welders, pumps, motors, tools, etc.)
Replace sensors, switches, valves, and motor starters
Complete work orders, inspections, and documentation
Operate forklifts and maintain proper logs
Fabricate or modify equipment as needed
Follow blueprints and safety standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and support 5S initiatives
What you need to be successful: HS Diploma or GED
4+ years of maintenance experience
1+ year with HVAC, pneumatics, hydraulics, or electrical (120V–480V)
Forklift experience and valid driver’s license
Strong mechanical aptitude
Able to lift 50 lbs and work overtime if needed
Experience with mills, lathes, drills, grinders a plus
Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication
Basic computer skills required
Willingness to grow and learn new systems #TSG123
