Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our Partnership Accounting team. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to work independently, and a passion for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating complex Excel models, interpreting intricate calculations, and engaging with internal partners and stakeholders. A background in tax and automation technologies is a plus.
What You Will Do:
Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage are provided at no cost to associates. Edward Jones offers a 401k retirement plan, and tax-advantaged accounts: health savings account, and flexible spending account. Edward Jones observes ten paid holidays and provides 15 days of vacation for new associates beginning on January 1 of each year, as well as sick time, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism. Associates may be eligible for bonuses and profit sharing. All associates are eligible for the firm's Employee Assistance Program. - Build, maintain, and enhance complex Excel models to support reporting and decision-making.
- Quickly grasp and apply complex accounting and financial concepts.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to resolve issues and create value.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual partner calculations and tax-related schedules.
- Maintain organized documentation and audit trails for all accounting processes.

- 5-10 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
