$45 - $56 p/h Start Date: Two weeks from the date of position offered. Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Hospice team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and a passion for improving the lives of those they serve. As a Hospice RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients. Duties Hospice Admissions RN - Two admissions a day in Thurston, Mason and Lewis counties. Traveler is expected to have their own transportation. System does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time. Timely communication and documentation required. Documentation tools will be provided, and must be returned. Facility Requirements - 1 year of recent Skilled Home Health/Hospice Experience (at least 1 year within the last 3 years).
