As a Customer Service Representative, you can expect a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your skills and passion will be put to use. The position is full-time with a commitment of 40 hours per week, and you'll be required to have flexibility in your schedule, which may span Sunday to Saturday. Be prepared to work any of our 8-hour shifts between the hours of 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM local time, including weekends. We provide 3 - 4 weeks of comprehensive paid training where 100% attendance is expected. Training sessions will be conducted virtually, and you will need to be on camera to ensure engagement and interaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle 60 - 80 incoming calls daily from customers inquiring about home delivery pharmacy or pharmacy benefits. Demonstrate active listening and ask appropriate questions while documenting information in our computer systems. Make outbound calls for follow-up support when necessary. In return for your hard work, you’ll be rewarded and recognized in an environment focused on success, development, and advancement. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. At least 1 year of customer service experience. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. Familiarity with computer applications, especially Windows PC and Microsoft Office. Ability to work any 8-hour shift between 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM local time. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a call center environment. Background in a virtual learning setting. Familiarity with healthcare or insurance services, including medical terminology. All remote employees must adhere to our Telecommuter Policy, ensuring a secure and dedicated workspace. The expected pay range for this role is between $16.00 - $27.69 per hour, dependent on experience and local labor market conditions.
