Overview Support procurement operations for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. This position plays a key role in sourcing electrical and mechanical materials, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely material delivery to project teams. Key Responsibilities Source and procure materials to support field engineers and project schedules Issue purchase orders and manage procurement lifecycle from RFQ through delivery Collaborate with engineering teams to align materials with project specifications Maintain supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times Track delivery performance and resolve supplier issues as needed Types of Commodities Electrical Components: Switchgear Circuit breakers Electrical panels Conduit and wiring Transformers Mechanical & MRO Materials: Fasteners, brackets, fittings Mounting systems and structural hardware HVAC parts, tubing, and insulation Security & Technology Equipment: Access control systems Metal detectors Surveillance or facility communication equipment Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent equivalent experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain management Must be US Citizen
