Main Duties & Responsibilities
Follow Rapak's Hygiene and Health and Safety Policies Keep all bag lines stocked with appropriate films, fitments, and pallets Verify all parts quantities received from vendors are correct Load trucks according to delivery schedule & perform a final check off product or parts loaded Arrange all transfers between outside facilities Verify all pallet ID numbers on all product shipments Shrink wrap all finished product and the correct placement of finished goods in warehouse Bail plastic and corrugated waste Report food and safety and quality problems to personnel of authority to initiate action Perform scans and record product movements from warehouse to production floor Transport raw materials and finished goods via the shuttle truck between the bag plant and annex Complete and record shipping paperwork Report all non-conformances of Rapak's shipping & receiving policies to the appropriate personnel Keep warehouse clean and orderly Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience Experience driving a forklift with a minimum of 3,000 lbs. lifting capability EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED Compensation In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $17.00 Compensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
