About the Role As an Experience Guide at The NOW Massage, you are the first point of connection in our boutique — welcoming guests, creating meaningful experiences, and ensuring the seamless flow of daily operations. You’ll be at the heart of delivering elevated service, helping guests explore enhancements and memberships, and supporting the team in creating a tranquil, healing environment.
What You’ll Do
Deliver exceptional, personalized service to guests and fellow team members
Warmly greet guests and guide them through their journey from check-in to check-out
Educate guests on our massage services, memberships, enhancements, and retail offerings
Drive sales of memberships, gift cards, and retail with enthusiasm and authenticity
Schedule, edit, and cancel appointments with accuracy and efficiency
Assist with opening and closing the boutique following standard operating procedures
Proactively resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
Maintain the front-of-house area to meet our aesthetic and cleanliness standards
Collaborate with leadership to support best practices and continual innovation
Foster a positive, team-oriented environment that supports wellness and growth
What You Bring
Prior experience in sales or guest service is preferred
A calm, positive presence and a passion for self-care and wellness
Strong communication skills, including active listening and product knowledge sharing
High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
Natural problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
A collaborative spirit and commitment to a team-first culture
