Your Role: As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your primary duty is to assist with daily living activities and services that align with each resident’s personalized service plan. You will provide care with kindness and professionalism, always respecting the dignity and privacy of our residents. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional care and support for daily living activities (ADLs) and personal hygiene Responding promptly and compassionately to patient call lights Ensuring appropriate dietary services based on resident preferences and restrictions Recording vital signs as necessary Alerting the nurse in charge of any changes in resident conditions Qualifications: Current and active CNA certification in Colorado A can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for residents Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English A genuine love for seniors The Colorado Job Application Fairness Act (JAFA) ensures that you are not required to disclose any age-related information during the application process.
