As a technician, you will receive training to lead the charge for a world-class customer experience, educating and connecting more Americans with every home visit. Job Duties and Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Visit customers' homes to solve problems and introduce them to smart home technology.
Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes.
Teach customers how to use their technology and offer additional services when beneficial.
Maintain a clean work area and uphold a professional demeanor while working independently but remaining connected with the team.
