Field Director Purpose:
Join the Yes on Prop. 409 campaign to support a vital bond initiative aimed at expanding Valleywise Health, the public health hospital serving Maricopa County. As a Field Organizer, you will play an essential role in engaging directly with voters and volunteers, contributing to the campaign’s success leading up to Election Day on November 4, 2025. Responsibilities
Conduct canvassing, tabling, phone banking, and text banking activities to engage voters Accurately report field metrics to track engagement and effectiveness Represent the campaign at community events Assist in planning and executing campaign events Recruit and train new volunteers Participate in regular staff meetings to discuss strategies and progress Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
Experience in campaign fieldwork, community outreach, or voter engagement Exceptional interpersonal skills Must be dependable, punctual, and responsive Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed Open to coaching and feedback Application Instructions:
