Our Technicians are essential in delivering exceptional TV and Smart Home solutions to customers nationwide. As a technician, you will receive training to provide a world-class customer experience, enhancing connectivity and educating customers in every home you visit. You are the backbone of our organization, ensuring customer satisfaction, which has earned DISH recognition as a six-time J.D. Power award winner for #1 in Customer Satisfaction.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Visit customers' homes to solve issues and introduce Smart Home technology.
Install and maintain DISH equipment and smart home products.
Educate customers on using their technology and suggest additional services as appropriate.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and uphold a professional demeanor while working independently yet connected to the team.
