We are looking for a HVAC Multi Family Residential - Installer and Foreman to join our team for the San Diego and Oceanside area.
Job Responsibilities **HVAC Multifamily Residential Laborer Responsibilities:** - Assist HVAC technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in multifamily residential buildings. - Transport and organize tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites. - Perform basic tasks such as cleaning and preparing job sites, maintaining work areas, and removing debris. - Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. - Help with the installation of ductwork, piping, and wiring under the direction of senior technicians. - Measure and cut materials as required for installation projects. - Assist in testing HVAC systems for proper operation and efficiency. - Document and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervising technician. - Maintain inventory of supplies and notify supervisors of any shortages or needed materials. - Assist in customer service tasks, including answering basic questions and providing updates to residents as required. **HVAC Multifamily Residential Installer Responsibilities:** - Install HVAC systems in multifamily residential buildings according to blueprints and specifications. - Assist in the layout and coordination of HVAC ductwork, piping, and equipment. - Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. - Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems. - Adhere to safety standards and protocols during installation processes. - Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs. - Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks. - Use hand and power tools efficiently and safely to complete installation tasks. - Load, transport, and unload tools and equipment safely to and from job sites. - Attend training sessions and workshops to keep up-to-date with industry standards and technologies. **HVAC Multifamily Residential Foreman Responsibilities:** - Supervise and manage HVAC installation and maintenance projects for multifamily residential properties. - Ensure all HVAC systems are installed and functioning according to safety standards and building codes. - Coordinate and schedule daily tasks for HVAC technicians and subcontractors. - Conduct regular inspections to assess equipment conditions and ensure quality control. - Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues promptly and efficiently. - Communicate project updates and potential challenges to project managers and clients. - Oversee procurement and inventory of HVAC materials and equipment. - Train and mentor HVAC technicians on best practices and safety procedures. - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations during project execution. - Prepare and maintain detailed documentation and reports of work performed. - Collaborate with other construction trades to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems. - Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.

**HVAC Multifamily Residential Laborer Requirements:** -High school diploma or equivalent. - Minimum of one year of experience in HVAC systems, preferably in a multifamily residential setting. - Basic understanding of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams. - Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to HVAC work. - Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems. - Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and residents. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. - Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development programs. **HVAC Multifamily Residential Installer Requirements:** - High school diploma or GED equivalent. - Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, specifically in multifamily residential settings. - Valid HVAC technician certification (EPA Section 608 Certification). - Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques. - Ability to use various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good physical condition with the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment. - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. **HVAC Multifamily Residential Foreman Requirements** - High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance, specifically in multifamily residential settings - Proven experience in a foreman or supervisory role - Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and regulations - Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics - Proficiency in using HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Valid HVAC and EPA certification - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment - Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures
