Clinical Nurse

to provide comprehensive, compassionate care across diverse patient populations.

As a Clinical Nurse I, you will serve as a key member of the care team, using critical thinking and the nursing process to support patient recovery and well-being. This role allows you to practice at the top of your license while building strong interdisciplinary collaboration and delivering meaningful, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Complete assessments, care planning, and discharge coordination in line with hospital policy and patient needs

Identify psychosocial, cultural, and learning needs and implement age-appropriate interventions

Respond to urgent and complex clinical situations with competence and composure

Administer medications, manage documentation, and monitor patient progress across the continuum of care

Teach patients and families about conditions, recovery, and self-care following discharge

Function in a charge nurse capacity as needed, supporting team workflow and quality standards

Participate in quality improvement, interdisciplinary collaboration, and professional development initiatives\

Job Requirements

1 year of NICU experience in an acute care hospital required.

California Registered Nurse (RN) License

AHA-Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification,

AHA-Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification required.
