ABOUT THE ROLE:As a Graphic Designer on the Creative Team, you will fulfill the specific creative needs of the dealerships offers across various digital and print assets. You will collaborate with the fellow artists to develop and implement campaign concepts to achieve Garff dealership brand and sales initiatives. Your work will directly support dealership marketing strategies, reducing in-store production costs while ensuring consistency and quality in branding. This position requires strong design fundamentals and creative problem-solving.
This is a hybrid role, offering a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration, ensuring flexibility while maintaining strong teamwork and communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and execute automotive offer creatives across multiple platforms
Develop digital display ads, website graphics, social media content, and in-store signage
Create corporate branding assets, including logo-wear and internal communications
Coordinate with Account Managers to understand dealership strategy and sales goals
Collaborate with the Digital Team to create campaign concepts that drive engagement
Provide strategic creative expertise to Account Managers and Digital Team
Manage projects with Workflow Manager to meet deadlines and work within allotted timelines
REQUIRED SKILLS & PROFICIENCY:
Strong foundation in design principles, including typography, hierarchy, and layout
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Excellent aesthetic judgement and eye for detail
Ability to prioritize work and manage deadlines
Clear and effective communication skills within a collaborative team environment
File setup for varying types of print runs
Basic UI/UX is a plus
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
Creative Team deadline adherence
Increased unaided brand awareness
SEO/Social/Digital KPI performance on specific campaign assets (i.e., CTR, bounce rates, open rates, etc.)
Process improvement (i.e., production pipeline, artistic improvement, technical improvement, etc.)
Production efficiency improvement (i.e., templates, library of assets, white label concepts, etc.)
