Travel CVOR RN – Travel Assignment Schedule & Call: 3x12s | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM On-call: 5–8 calls per month, including weekends Holiday call may be required Requirements: Minimum 2 years CVOR experience Must be able to scrub & circulate complex cardiac, general OR, and vascular cases Required case experience: CABG, TAVR, LVAD, Impella, valve procedures, ascending/descending aortic, heart & lung transplants, etc. First-time travelers: Not preferred Licensure: SC RN or Compact RN license (must be active at start) Certifications: BLS, ACLS (AHA required) Radiation badge required (provided by agency) Contract Details: Local radius rule: 60 miles Locals accepted case-by-case (10% lower Payrate) RTO: Must be declared at submission; approval based on department needs Facility may call off 1 shift per 2-week pay period (can be split into partial shifts) Hospital Highlights: Facility type: Level I Trauma Center, Teaching Facility, Magnet Hospital Beds: 820 Charting: Epic Parking: $20 one-time registration fee for garage hang tag (91 Presidents Street). No additional fees for garage use; outside lots may incur additional costs. Important Note – Hurricane Season: All employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season (June–November, peak in August–September).
