This is a full time, benefited RN role in the PACU department at Mercy Chula Vista. It has a varied 12 hour shift with call.

Join our team an RN in the Recovery Room where you will provide patient care assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes. The RN will take primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under his/her supervision. Works collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
Required Education/Specialized Skills
· One (1) year of recent RN experience in an acute care setting within critical care or PACU · California Registered Nurse License · Current BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association · Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English · Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors. **
Preferred Education/Specialized Skills ** · Bachelor's degree in nursing · 2 years PACU and pre-surgical evaluation experience · Spanish · EPIC Experience
