Hatch is currently seeking highly motivated Process Engineer Intern to join the Oil & Gas team in Houston, TX for this Summer 2026. If you are passionate about working in a global, inclusive and collaborative team to provide innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients and the communities we serve, we want to hear from you!

As the successful candidate, you will be:

Qualifications:

Must be working towards obtaining a Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering

Minimum of a cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.

Excellent analytical, writing and oral communication skills.

Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Ability to interact successfully with all levels of staff, clients and vendors.

Available to travel, as needed, to help support a global business.

Perform assignments related to your sector

Assist in executing conceptual and detailed design phases for projects

Support preparation of drawings from detailed notes and specifications

Coordination with other technicians/engineers on projects

Provide support to Senior Engineers and Designers as and when needed
