Machine Builder

At Extol, we're looking for a Machine Builder to focus on our standard product line. Unlike custom projects that bring brand new challenges every time, this role allows you to refine and perfect your craft through repetition while still contributing to process improvements. Strong candidates will be independent, process-focused, and mechanically inclined, with the ability to deliver high-quality builds while continuously improving efficiency. The Ideal Candidate Assembles, wires, and plumbs machines using mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Works independently on standard builds, relying on proven practices and experience to get the job done. Identifies opportunities to improve processes rather than repeating tasks the same way every time. Demonstrates curiosity and problem-solving ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during builds. Maintains a safe, organized work environment and follows all safety requirements. Takes pride in ownership of the build process, from start to finish. What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent with a strong technical background. 2+ years of machine build, or mechanical assembly experience preferred. Ability to read prints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude. Willingness to work independently while meeting deadlines and quality standards. Preferred: Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, standard work, or continuous improvement practices. What We Offer: Paid Community Impact
