Job Title: Blender Operator
Job Description
The Blender Operator is responsible for manually blending liquid and powder ingredients at a high rate of speed to ensure a high-quality, efficient operation. The role involves operating various machinery for weighing ingredients, pumping into processing tanks, transferring liquids
Responsibilities
Stage and verify ingredients for blending, including verifying batch documentation
Follow recipes to produce products of specified flavor, clarity, and color.
Operate machines daily, including scales, processing systems, hoists, pumps
Troubleshoot issues with various processing equipment.
Monitor parameters such as carbonation, product temperatures, tank pressure, and flow rates manually.
Follow recycling procedures for plastics, drums, and pallets.
Essential Skills
At least 1 year of blending or mixing experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food & beverage or chemical manufacturing.
Ability to operate a forklift to move products.
Proficiency in math for performing metric conversions and recording data accurately.
Computer literacy.
Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 70 pounds.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Professional attitude with the ability to produce accurate work.
Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to shift priorities efficiently.
Ability to understand and apply oral and written instructions.
Capability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
This role operates on a 3rd shift schedule, transitioning to a 2/2/3 schedule from 6 pm to 6:30 am. The facility is a standard beverage manufacturing environment, characterized by noise and exposure to moving mechanical parts. The blending area is compact with several large tanks, and temperature changes can occur based on environmental conditions.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
