Department Overview Join our award-winning Inside Sales & Retention team, dedicated to enhancing customer experiences by effectively promoting EchoStar's products and services via a consultative and solution-oriented approach. This role is focused entirely on inbound calls from both prospective and existing customers. Job Responsibilities What You Will Do: Promote and sell products/services to new and existing customers. Evaluate customer needs and recommend the most suitable solutions. Maintain resilience during challenging calls while keeping long-term objectives in mind. High school diploma or GED. Ability to work full-time on-site. Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays. Smartphone/device with active network connectivity. Salary Information Compensation ranges from $15.75/hour to $34.87/hour based on experience and qualifications.
