Responsibilities for a Sr. Recruiter include but are not limited to:
Manage
high volume full life-cycle recruiting
specifically for roles within
nuclear power plants
.
Source
candidates, develop
diverse candidate slates
, and evaluate candidate fit through structured
interviews
.
Manage the candidate experience
from initial screening through the final offer process and pre-employment assessments.
Maintain accurate position vacancies and candidate activity using an
Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
, including posting and reviewing resumes.
Candidates for Sr. Recruiter must meet the following requirements to be considered:
5-7 years of experience
in
high volume full life-cycle recruiting
, preferably in a corporate environment.
Required experience using an
Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
;
iCIMS
experience is strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree
or equivalent experience in a business-related or Human Resources discipline (or 9+ years of experience with a High School Diploma).
Demonstrated
Attention to detail
and strong organizational skills are a must.
Nuclear or power generation experience
is preferred.

Pay Details:
$35.00 per hour
