Travel Job Description American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic day shift position with at least 1 year of recent experience.
Responsibilities Position is in an outpatient clinic setting Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM 13-week assignment with potential blocked scheduling based on facility needs Up to 5 days of requested time off allowed, but must be made up during the assignment Contract workers living within 50 miles of the facility will have local pay rate stipulations Local candidates are limited to three consecutive 13-week contracts at the same facility, after which a one year separation or transfer is required Blocked scheduling may be considered based on operational needs
Requirements Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient physical therapy experience required Active state license required if applicable No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months No expiring certifications within the first 30 days of the assignment unless renewal is scheduled Valid U.S. Social Security Number required; Canadian SINs are not accepted
