SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible for evaluating assigned patients and developing and implementing appropriate treatment plans.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited ACOTE program and completion of clinical rotations required.

Currently licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist by the state of employment. If working under a temporary license, Occupational Therapy license in the state of employment must be obtained within 3 months of employment.
