Driver / Material Handler
to join our Warehouse & Logistics department. Position Summary As a
Flatbed Driver & Warehouse Associate , you will be responsible for transporting materials safely and efficiently between our production and storage facilities, with occasional off-site deliveries. When not driving, you’ll assist in warehouse operations—supporting shipping, receiving, material handling, and basic equipment maintenance. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a hands-on environment, and values teamwork and safety. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a flatbed truck in compliance with DOT regulations.
Load, secure, and unload oversized or irregular materials using proper equipment (chains, straps, tarps).
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report and log any vehicle issues.
Plan and communicate delivery routes with dispatchers and customers.
Accurately complete all delivery logs, paperwork, and documentation.
Assist in shipping/receiving, inventory verification, and warehouse stocking.
Pick, stage, and prepare materials for delivery or pickup.
Operate a forklift to organize and move products (certification provided if needed).
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and truck.
Perform basic vehicle and equipment maintenance.
Requirements Valid CDL with a clean driving record.
Experience operating a flatbed truck and securing cargo.
Prior warehouse/logistics experience, including shipping & receiving.
Forklift certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical tasks such as climbing, kneeling, or crouching.
Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
