Insight Global is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to support one of our top home health clients in their Elmsford, NY office! This full-time role offers an exciting blend of fieldwork and office-based responsibilities, empowering you to lead with compassion, expertise, and innovation while supporting the care plans and health of your clients.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
Coordinate patient care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of patient needs.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Provide training and support to nursing staff.
Fieldwork (30-40%)
Conduct monthly client visits, managing a caseload of clients with personalized care.
Support new client admissions and perform thorough assessments to ensure tailored care plans.
Develop and update individualized care plans to meet evolving client needs.
Supervise and mentor field staff, fostering their professional growth and ensuring exceptional care delivery.
Serve clients across northern Bronx and Westchester County, with occasional travel to Putnam, Rockland, and Orange Counties.
Office-Based Leadership (60-70%)
Oversee and validate field staff competencies for new hires and annual reviews, ensuring top-tier performance.
Review and maintain accurate, high-quality documentation for all cases.
Lead engaging staff training sessions and in-service education to promote continuous learning and excellence.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in home healthcare or community health settings.
Previous management or leadership experience.
