Job Description & Requirements Specialty: MRI Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Shift: 36433481 - Nights - 3x12s - Saturday/Sunday/Monday - Overnights - 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM. 36453920 - Nights - 3x12s Work Experience: Under immediate to general supervision and direction of a mentor/preceptor, this entry-level position works to achieve the initial competencies required to deliver specialized cardiovascular and/or radiologic technology services to adult and/or pediatric patient populations for the purpose of aiding medical staff in the diagnosis, care, treatment and surveillance of simple to complex conditions, defects and/or diseases. Education: Graduate of a CAAHEP accredited educational program with emphasis in a primary cardiovascular specialty. OR Graduate of a JRCERT accredited educational program with emphasis in a radiologic technology specialty. Certifications: Must meet applicant eligibility requirements for MRI Certification. Must be achieved within 12 months of hire date.
