Duties Description The Office Assistant 1 will provide clerical support to the Addiction Treatment Centers (ATCs). answering and directing telephone calls; preparing correspondence and other documents; drafting responses and prepare routine letters and memoranda; copying, scanning and faxing documents; maintaining equipment; Use of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Minimum Qualifications There are no minimum education or experience requirements for this title.
Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills.
