Pay & Shifts:

• 1st Shift: $16.00/hr | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Overtime required 2 hours before or after shift)
• 2nd Shift: $17.00/hr | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Overtime required 2 hours before or after shift)
• 3rd Shift: $17.00/hr | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Overtime required 2 hours before or after shift)
• Must be flexible with overtime requirements.

As a Production Assembler, you'll be responsible for ensuring proper assembly of various automotive components. You will be trained to work in all areas within the manufacturing facility, so flexibility and willingness to learn are key.

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Stand for long periods while meeting quality and production goals
• Lift/move up to 40 lbs and operate tools/power equipment
• Rotate to any assembly line station and follow SOPs to ensure quality and efficiency
• Assist with machine start-ups, troubleshooting, and daily production activities (6S, dock sorts, scrap, jig changes, re-sets)
• Maintain machines and work areas; perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work overtime on short notice
• Ability to read and follow SOPs, safety rules, and posted documents
• Comfortable with repetitive motions (grasping, fine manipulation, wrist/forearm rotation)
• Previous assembly experience preferred
