Job Title: Production Assembly Schedule: 20–40+ hours per week | 4–12 hour shifts | 1st shift only We are seeking motivated individuals to join our production team as Temporary Production Assembly Associates. In this hands-on role, you'll help build high-quality mattresses while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work, problem-solving, and being part of a dynamic manufacturing team. Work on Hot Melt Bond (HMB) units, foam-encased pocketed coil units, and final mattress assembly. Apply specified upholstered layers to HMB and open coil units. Inspect mattress components and finished products for quality and defects. Follow established work instructions and production tickets to meet production standards. Capability to lift heavy materials up to 120 pounds multiple times per hour; Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, communicate respectfully with team members, and work in a fast-paced environment. Safety-conscious mindset and willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required. Comfortable working in a noisy environment with hot materials and limited chemicals.
