**Description:** Build structural assemblies such as ribs, bulkheads, doors, generally in floor and bench positioned assembly jigs, pick\-up holding fixtures, and on work benches on a repetitive and in\-station basis where work methods and sequences, tooling, and other production information are furnished\. Perform structures pick\-up, rework, repair, design change incorporation, and modification involving the same skill\-level as described herein either in or out\-of\-station and in or out\-of\-jigs\. Experience in drilling, riveting and bucking\. Load, align, and clamp parts and sub\-assemblies into jigs in established sequences using jig locators and coordinated pilot holes\. Drill holes using drill plates, jig details, templates, or through pilot holes\. Trim skins and parts using jig detail scribe bars or after reverse\-scribing trim lines from adjacent skins\. Lay out fastener\-hole pattern spacing and edge distance, trim lines, and location of components to standard and readily\-maintained tolerances by direct measurement from known and available physical reference points\. Fabricate and install shims, stiffeners, doublers, etc\. Perform minor reforming of parts to correct contour or obtain proper fit\. Perform operations such as reaming, countersinking, portable milling and routing, bolting, torquing, safety wiring, cutting, filing, fitting, burring, touching\-up paint, applying sealants and adhesives, electrical bonding, and spotfacing\. Operate floor\-controlled overhead cranes and hoists as required\. Requires about four to six months previous experience in structures assembly\-type work and ability to read assembly blueprints in order to perform work described\. Assembly project to be completed for pre\-hire assessment\. At the start of employment, you will be required to attend a skills training program, and take and pass a performance demonstration test following completion\. **Basic Qualifications:** Requires four to six months previous experience in structures assembly\-type work/production experience\.
