3rd Shift Forklift Operator Job at ManpowerGroup in Victorville

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a 2nd Shift Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting the production and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a self-motivated attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

• *Location:** Victorville, CA
• *Pay Range: $21.00**
• *Shift:** Monday - Friday, 10:00PM - 06:30 AM
• *What's the Job?**

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move finished goods materials into designated storage locations.
• Unload, stage, and store finished goods from palletizer roller to designated storage locations efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in palletizer and staging areas, complying with 6S standards.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
• Collaborate with material handlers and supervisors to ensure accurate location of finished goods.

**What's Needed?**

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Background Check and Drug Screen.
• A minimum of 6 months of case-picking experience within a distribution center or warehousing material handling in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• At least one year of prior experience operating powered industrial trucks and material handling equipment preferred.
• Strong ability to follow directions and execute tasks as instructed.
