Local Contract Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant Client: Penn Medicine Unit: Penn Care – Bucks County Location: 777 Township Line Road, Suite 200, Yardley, PA 19067 Duration: 20 Weeks (Temp to Perm)

Schedule: Shifts vary between 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM, Monday to Friday (examples: 7a-3:30p, 7:30a-4p, 8a-4:30p, 8:30a-5p, 9a-5:30p, 11a-7:30p, 12p-8:30p)

One evening shift per week required

Saturday rotation approximately 1 Saturday every 5-8 weeks (8:30 AM – 12:30 PM)

Position Overview: The Certified Medical Assistant supports physicians and the practice manager in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include patient preparation, interviewing, performing technical tasks, and communicating with patients and families to enhance patient satisfaction and meet operational goals. Qualifications: Medical Assistant Certification required

BLS certification from the American Heart Association required

COVID-19 vaccination card required

Minimum of 2 professional references

Preferred Skills: Experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system is preferred

Strong attributes include accountability, energy, compassion, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness

Additional Information: Candidates must live within a 30-minute commute; travelers will not be considered.

Interview to be conducted in person at the practice location.

Includes 4-hour virtual EMR training every Friday.
