Job Description American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with 2 years of experience for a home health and hospice position with day shifts.
Responsibilities Work setting is home health and hospice care Assignment is 13 weeks in length Shift is 08:00-17:00, day shift Patients may require physical therapy for a variety of chronic and acute conditions in the home and hospice environment Role may require floating within a 25-mile radius as needed between facilities Responsibilities include providing physical therapy services to home health and hospice patients Candidates who reside within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility (Maine or New Hampshire) will be considered local Local travelers are not eligible for contract renewals or extensions Candidates who have worked for MaineHealth in the past 12 months should note this for consideration
Requirements Current Physical Therapist license required if applicable Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist Driver’s license required at time of consideration
