Strategize AI Architecture : Define and implement scalable architecture strategies, best practices, and roadmaps that streamline model deployment and monitoring. Design ML Systems : Build custom AI pipelines for batch and stream processing, from data ingestion to scaled model computation—ensuring performance and reliability. Collaborate Across Disciplines : Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to integrate models into production systems. Engineer Infrastructure : Architect robust, scalable infrastructure for model training, deployment, and monitoring. Lead Deployment Patterns : Design and implement reliable, scalable production environments for AI models. Monitor Performance : Create systems to track model accuracy, data quality, and infrastructure health. Ensure Security & Compliance : Uphold data protection standards and regulatory compliance across AI systems. Document & Share Knowledge : Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation to support collaboration and continuity. Champion Best Practices : Promote governance and standards in AI pipeline and model monitoring. Solve Complex Problems : Tackle challenges in deployment and data pipelines with innovative, scalable solutions. Drive Thought Leadership : Influence technical strategy and executive decisions in generative AI and emerging technologies. Build Enterprise-Ready Systems : Develop AI systems that scale reliably and deliver long-term business impact. Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary Range : $150,000 – $210,000, based on location, experience, and qualifications. Additional Benefits : Includes comprehensive health, retirement, and wellness programs. What You Bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Experience in ML engineering, architecture, or data science within distributed/cloud environments Experience in designing and implementing ML architecture for enterprise-scale AI solutions Proven experience engaging stakeholders in AI roadmap planning and execution Strong background in Agile methodologies Expertise in distributed computing, orchestration technologies, and cloud platforms Proficiency in ML development tools and MLOps practices Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems Deep understanding of AI trends and platform evolution This role is a hybrid position so you will be required to commute to the NY or NJ office.
