Technical support and maintenance for SAS tools, including performance tuning, security, design, and user support. Monitor, optimize, and manage capacity and utilization of SAS platforms. Manage the SAS Linux platform supporting both development and production environments. Conduct administrative tasks including monthly patching for Dev & Prod environment. Troubleshoot client desktop issues and update SAS projects. Software performance tuning, design, monitoring, security, user support, and installation of OEM application upgrades and new releases; support extends to future SAS versions. Ensure timely updates and bug fixes, and maintain documentation according to industry best practices. Maintain a 99.99% uptime for SAS tools to ensure uninterrupted access for users and support critical business operations. Develop and implement a SAS Platform change control process. Maintain a SAS Weekly Activity Log in Microsoft Excel format, documenting activities related to SAS Platform Administration. Maintain a SAS Server Dashboard in OBIEE or Tableau to monitor server storage and active SAS users. Provide a Quarterly Deployment Registry Report of release changes. Provide after-hours monitoring, on-call support, and notification assistance for SAS Servers to ensure continuous availability and performance of SAS tools. Requirements

Bachelors degree in a technical field (8 years of additional experience can substitute for the degree) 5 years of relevant experience. Extensive experience with SAS analytics tools, including SAS Advanced Analytics Pro, SAS Enterprise Business Intelligence, and related components. Proven expertise in SAS platform administration, including performance tuning and security. Strong knowledge of SAS/ACCESS for Oracle. Previous experience in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and support, with the ability to ensure high system availability. Familiarity with industry best practices in documenting and managing SAS platforms. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders. Certifications in SAS administration or related fields are a plus. Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Must be able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance. Location

Five days per week onsite at 1800 G St, NW Washington, DC 20006 Salary

$120,518.97—$122,000 USD Clearance/Background Investigation
