The Department of Pathology (http://pathology.ucsd.edu) at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine (UCSD), is committed to academic excellence within the faculty, staff, and student body and seeks Assistant, Associate, or Full Project Scientists. The successful candidates will be part of the Neurodegenerative Disease team and will have the opportunity to be involved in multiple collaborations across laboratories within UCSD. They will be involved in small and large collaborative projects, supervise students and postdoctoral fellows, and make original and significant contributions to a research program in a discipline relevant to neurodegenerative disease. They will participate in all aspects of laboratory research, including experimental design, data analysis, and manuscript and grant writing. Appointment at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Project Scientist level will be based on the candidate's background and experience. Basic qualifications
(required at time of application) Candidates must have an MD or equivalent, an MD/PhD or PhD in neurodegenerative disease or biological sciences-related fields. Application Requirements
