Ramboll is seeking an experienced industrial hygienist to join our Health Sciences team as a Senior Managing Consultant. The position is open for a candidate located in Atlanta but other locations will be considered. Hybrid and remote options are available. The ideal candidate has at least 12 years of relevant experience in a scientific consulting setting, with demonstrated ability to develop new business. The role includes technical project management, client support, business development, leadership, and contributing to advanced solutions in protecting worker and community health. Responsibilities

Develop budgets and proposals Effectively manage projects: client communication, project staffing, budget tracking, technical work oversight, and QA/QC of all written deliverables Build client relationships Recruit and mentor junior staff Identify and pursue new business opportunities Team and Practice

Join the Health Sciences team known as the Health Sciences Spearhead, supporting clients worldwide on human health and environmental issues. The team includes CIHs, toxicologists, epidemiologists, engineers, and risk assessment scientists. Some travel will be required. Qualifications

Minimum of 12 years of experience providing industrial hygiene services, preferably in a consulting environment Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) strongly desired but candidates who can obtain CIH within one year or with strong relevant experience will be considered Experience identifying and pursuing business opportunities Bachelor’s degree in industrial hygiene, environmental sciences, chemistry, microbiology, or related discipline Ability and willingness to mentor staff Strong client relationship skills and a focus on trusted-advisor relationships Attention to detail, critical thinking, and analytical abilities Strong work ethic and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while maintaining quality Team-oriented and collaborative mindset Willingness to travel What We Can Offer You

The US pay range for this position is $150,000 - $195,000 annually and does not include bonuses, overtime or other forms of compensation. Pay within this range varies by location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process.
