Position Overview Navico Group, a division of Brunswick Corporation, is seeking a bold and visionary leader to shape the future of Digital Marketing across the globe. As Director, Digital Marketing, you will execute a digital marketing strategy across brands with the ability to prioritize execution based on business impact—you’ll lead a core pillar of Navico Group’s Marketing success.

Essential Functions
Partner with brand leadership to develop digital strategy and execution plans aligned with business and brand goals.
Develop and drive the strategic digital roadmap, integrating brand marketing priorities with the digital product management team.
Foster resilient cross‑functional relationships with Marketing COEs, IT, Sales, Category, and other functions to enhance marketing impact.
Maintain knowledge of industry standards and best practices to inform decisions in digital marketing and omnichannel experiences.
Influence the evolution of digital marketing capabilities for Brunswick through collaboration and subject matter expertise.
Coordinate with Marketing teams across the Navico Group brand portfolio, Brunswick Boat Group, Mercury, Business Acceleration, and dealer base to pursue win‑win marketing solutions.
Define needs and maintain an editorial and activation calendar for websites in partnership with brand marketing leaders.
Lead and manage change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of enterprise processes, systems, and technologies.
Support the implementation of user‑centred campaigns across online and engagement channels, including insight articulation, audience segmentation and automation, deployment, optimization, and post‑campaign assessment.
Enhance direct‑to‑consumer strategy by strengthening the network of eCommerce partners and channels.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field.
10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in marketing or customer‑facing roles.
3+ years of direct accountability for digital marketing activities such as website product management, performance marketing, or eCommerce; 3+ years managing staff or external resources.
Cross‑functional collaboration and ability to motivate performance through influence.
Diplomatically assertive, able to persuade while building trust and confidence.
Track record of delivering business results through collaboration with people at all levels.
Creative, decisive, collaborative, responsive, able to work independently and meet deadlines while handling multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Collaborator with a track record of cross‑functional achievement influencing all levels of the organization.
Change management leader who guides stakeholders through transition by leading through behavior.
Trustworthy leader who builds trust within cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $129,500 – $219,000 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary based on job‑related knowledge, experience, business needs, and geographic location. Additional eligibility includes an annual discretionary bonus.
