Overview
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a dedicated, resourceful, and customer obsessed Executive Assistant to support as an extension of the C-Suite Executive office, and work closely with other Executive Assistants throughout the organization. This role requires attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests across global teams. The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented, experienced planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility, composure and a good sense of humor.
Key responsibilities
Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities and calendars Orchestrate complex calendars, scheduling requirements, and prioritization of executive's tasks and appointments across time zones according to their importance, urgency, and relevance and ensuring strategic alignment with business priorities. Serve as a trusted liaison between executive leadership and key stakeholders, facilitating clear communication channels and managing sensitive information with the highest level of discretion Execute end-to-end travel logistics for international and domestic trips, including complex multi-city itineraries, client-facing events, and team visits across corporate offices. Lead the planning of events including staff meetings, all-hands meetings, executive offsites, team-building activities, supply ordering. Collaborate with the EA Community across AWS/AmSec to drive best practices, implement solutions, and drive organizational efficiency. Develop and maintain tracking systems for critical deliverables, ensuring on-time completion of executive and team commitments and providing regular status updates to key stakeholders. Basic Qualifications
8+ years of executive assistant experience Experience with C-level executive calendar management Experience effectively managing a substantial and time-sensitive workload
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of senior level leadership support experience Experience with end-to-end project management Experience working in a matrixed organization Experience working with large global teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $88,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $176,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
