Our flagship hospital, Baystate Medical Center, is home to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School-Baystate. We are seeking an experienced colorectal surgeon to serve as Chief of Colorectal Surgery at Baystate Health based in Springfield, MA. Position Highlights
Lead and expand a high-demand colorectal surgery service, inspiring a collaborative team of surgeons, advanced practitioners, and surgical residents.
Drive program growth and innovation with direct access to three robotic surgical systems.
Develop the next generation of colorectal surgeons by laying the foundation for a future ACGME-accredited Colorectal Surgery Fellowship and strengthening our role as a regional leader in surgical education.

Qualifications ABMS board certified/board eligible in Colon & Rectal Surgery. Minimum of 5 years clinical experience and demonstrated leadership experience within an academic or large health system setting preferred. Strong commitment to education, innovation, community health, and health equity.
