Intaso specialize in two niche markets: 1) Building technical cybersecurity teams; 2) Building GTM (Sales, Marketing & Customer Success) and Product & Engineering teams for cybersecurity startups. Day-to-Day as a Senior Recruitment Consultant
You\'ll get full support of our experienced team to build your own desk & brand in the cybersecurity industry and our commitment to you will be to give you a world class platform to reach the highest levels of performance. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be running a full desk so you will be winning your own clients, building long-lasting relationships and delivering for them. Everyone at Intaso runs a full desk and is intensely sales driven. Ideal Candidate
2+ years in agency recruitment/ headhunting, ideally full desk. Someone who brings a relationship driven approach, not transactional. Proven experience building long lasting relationships with customers and delivering exceptional outcomes for them. You don\'t need to bring cybersecurity market knowledge but certainly a genuine curiosity and the ability to credibility navigate complex conversations. Tons of ambition & drive. Ability to thrive in an autonomous environment. We don\'t believe in hiring people who need call or meeting targets to know that activity is the key driver of performance. You\'ll need to be someone who brings focus & discipline, but also doesn\'t take themselves too seriously. We know how hard this industry can be, so it\'s important to have a bit of fun. Our Chicago office opened in the Summer of 2024, has experienced tremendous success and grown to 5 with ambitions to get to 10 in the next 3 months. Our Chicago team bring diverse experiences and 30+ years of combined experience in the field.
