Talent Acquisition Partner Remote role with occasional travel required to our Elmhurst corporate office and field locations. This role focuses on finding and hiring great people for operations field-based roles, acting as the main point of contact for candidates, working with hiring managers to understand needs, and guiding the full hiring process from posting jobs to interviewing and selecting candidates to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Responsibilities

Own the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume field roles, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we attract top talent that aligns with our mission and culture. Partner closely with field hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and deliver tailored recruiting solutions. Accurately and efficiently manage candidate pipelines through the applicant tracking system, maintain momentum, and ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage. Coordinate and execute selection processes, including resume screening, phone interviews, and interview scheduling to drive a seamless, efficient hiring process. Proactively source talent using creative outreach and modern recruiting platforms to find the best candidates. Collaborate with HR to streamline background checks and onboarding, ensuring new hires start strong and feel welcomed. Foster a culture of collaboration and contribute to a high-energy, supportive recruiting team at MedSpeed. Take on additional tasks and special projects as needed to support growth and improvement. Skills For Success

Minimum 2 years of hands-on, high-volume recruiting experience in fast-paced environments. Strong relationship-building with mid-level managers to align talent strategies with business goals. Energetic and professional brand ambassador with excellent first impressions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to engage and influence across levels. Collaborative team player who contributes across departments to achieve shared goals. Self-starter with proactive mindset and results orientation. Ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously while meeting deadlines and targets. Adaptable, service-minded, and comfortable multitasking in changing environments. Tech-savvy recruiter proficient in Microsoft Office and an Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite preferred) with quick learning of new tools. Our Commitment to You

Remote work eligibility is available depending on role and location. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000, with a discretionary bonus tied to individual and company performance.
