Summary We are seeking a high-impact Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & HR team and shape the future of Cosm. You’ll own the end-to-end talent lifecycle—partnering with leaders, designing sourcing strategies, driving candidate engagement, and delivering offer-to-hire execution across Engineering, IT, and other business functions. This role requires a data-driven, resourceful, and strategic recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ll leverage cutting-edge sourcing methodologies, deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, and act as a trusted partner to hiring managers. Responsibilities Deploy advanced sourcing techniques to identify, attract, and engage top talent across technical and business disciplines. Understand and articulate Cosm’s Vision, Mission, and Values to position our culture and opportunities in a competitive market. Review resumes, conduct in-depth interviews, and apply structured evaluation frameworks to generate high-quality shortlists. Own the interview process end-to-end, including ATS-driven scheduling, role-specific scorecards, and training interview teams on structured, bias-free selection methods. Serve as a consultative advisor to leaders—refining job profiles, defining critical competencies, and shaping data-informed hiring strategies. Lead closing conversations with professionalism, balancing competitiveness with internal equity and strong candidate conversion. Ensure recruiting practices align with legal, ethical, and DEI standards—building scalable, repeatable processes. Stay ahead of industry recruiting trends, compensation benchmarks, and evolving sourcing technologies—translating insights into actionable hiring strategies. Represent Cosm at targeted career fairs, meetups, and networking events to elevate brand visibility and build diverse pipelines. Manage a high-volume requisition load (15+ concurrent roles) with accuracy and urgency, maintaining time-to-fill targets. Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years dedicated to technical Engineering/IT talent acquisition in a high-growth tech environment. Demonstrated ability to manage 15+ active requisitions. Proven proficiency with sourcing across platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, CRM databases, referrals, social sourcing). Experience influencing and advising hiring managers, executives, and stakeholders. Strong negotiation skills to craft and close competitive offers. Deep knowledge of ATS systems (Dayforce preferred) and HR technologies; ability to optimize workflows and reporting. Advanced Microsoft Office skills—Excel (analytics, pivot tables, dashboards) and PowerPoint. Strong understanding of U.S. employment law and compliance best practices.
