Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, this pivotal role is responsible for driving pipeline and revenue through full-funnel, multi-channel marketing programs. It’s a high-impact, hands-on position focused on scaling demand generation, optimizing campaign performance to build a sustainable, efficient growth engine that delivers measurable results.
You’ll develop and execute integrated programs across paid media, outbound, ABM, event support, owning everything from strategy and execution to performance analysis. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in the details but also connects the dots at a strategic level. You bring deep demand generation expertise and a passion for accelerating growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own the strategy, planning, and execution of Skan AI’s growth marketing programs across paid search, paid social, ABM, and customer marketing. Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to scale acquisition while maximizing efficiency and ROI. Partner with product marketing and the creative team to ensure alignment on ICP targeting and messaging. Equip BDRs with automated, high-quality lead lists to support efficient outbound at scale. Manage high-velocity outbound email campaigns to generate pipeline and drive new opportunities. Collaborate closely with sales to penetrate high-value ABM accounts and maximize revenue expansion. Design and optimize scalable workflows to automate lead capture, routing, and nurture programs, ensuring defined SLAs and seamless handoffs to BDRs and sales to accelerate conversions. Work with RevOps to build and maintain performance dashboards with clear attribution and ROI tracking across channels. Deliver regular performance updates to senior leadership, sharing insights and actionable recommendations for improvement. Manage budget allocation across channels to ensure every dollar drives maximum revenue impact. Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of growth marketing experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS or tech environments. Proven track record of building and executing high-performing digital marketing programs. Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding pipeline and revenue growth targets. Expertise in running multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and YouTube. Experience designing and executing both high-touch ABM and high-volume ICP programs. Expertise with tools like HubSpot, Clay, ZoomInfo, Instantly, Lemlist, and related platforms. Skilled in leveraging automation to drive outbound velocity and scale execution. Strong collaborator with BDR and Sales teams to align on strategy and ensure flawless acquisition execution. Experienced in configuring campaigns and tracking performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTMs, and related tools. Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, able to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Highly analytical and data-driven, with a proven ability to optimize campaigns using performance insights. Excellent communicator with the ability to present actionable, data-driven insights to senior leadership.
