Insurance Defense Associate Attorney

for their

Florida

office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator to join a busy and well-established firm that handles a wide range of high-stakes defense matters. Responsibilities

Handle insurance defense litigation from initial pleadings through trial Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses Draft motions, briefs, discovery responses, and other pleadings Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations Collaborate with partners and support staff to develop case strategies Manage deadlines, case dockets, and communicate effectively with clients and carriers Qualifications

2-8 years of experience

in insurance defense or general civil litigation Licensed and in good standing with the

Florida State Bar Strong analytical, legal research, and writing skills Courtroom experience and deposition skills strongly preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Why Apply?
