Overview
More than 10 million small business advertisers use Meta technologies to connect with customers. In this role on our Global Scaled Business Marketing team, you will play a key part educating, empowering, and driving demand across our small and medium business customers. We are looking for a marketing professional to lead the strategy and execution of scaled marketing content for our small business audience. You will be responsible for developing marketing materials that help businesses adopt and successfully use the right solutions to grow their business. Your content will be served across digital experiences, like email, ads, video, web, in-product, and more. Responsibilities
Planning, executing, and scaling marketing campaigns to drive program demand and adoption of Meta best practices among target audiences
Create and optimize content for scaled marketing efforts that drive awareness, consideration, and customer conversion across channels (emails, ads, web pages, videos, etc.)
Evaluate audience and product insights to craft compelling go-to-market initiatives across scaled channels
Build partnerships with multiple internal teams including channel marketing, sales, data science, and analytics teams to develop strategies that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Identify effective marketing strategies and customer journeys based on specific acquisition, adoption or retention goals
Partner with growth marketing and product marketing teams to identify, prioritize and develop consistent positioning and messaging
Design and implement test plans to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and AI initiatives, providing insights to inform future optimization
Work with copywriters, designers and web developers to build marketing content
Measure campaign initiatives and understand what makes content successful to iterate on those learnings
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience within demand generation or growth marketing, content and digital marketing, brand management, partner marketing, content strategy or a related field
Experience with online advertising industry and/or small and medium businesses
Experience with developing and implementing content best practices across channels
Experience creating content for paid online media
Experience copywriting for different online mediums
Experience working in a highly cross-functional, global organization
Preferred Qualifications
BA/BS degree
Experience with advertising goals, challenges and needs
Experience thinking strategically through complex marketing projects, and translating complex concepts into easy to understand ideas
Analytical and problem-solving experience, and experience adapting marketing materials based on data and insights
Project management and communication experience
Experience using Meta Business products (advertising objectives and ad types, mobile-friendly creative, Meta Pixel, etc.)
Experience with lifecycle marketing, including acquiring new customers, retaining or upselling existing customers, and driving key actions through marketing collateral
Public Compensation
$96,000/year to $143,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits Industry:
