Our Revenue Marketing team for customer expansion at Fivetran is searching for a seasoned

Senior Account Based Marketing Manager

to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving target account engagement, account expansion, and pipeline acceleration for our most strategic customer accounts in our Strategic Expansion segment. You will be a partner to Sales, Business Development, Customer Marketing, Regional Marketing, Digital, and Demand Generation teams, developing and executing data-driven ABM campaigns that nurture relationships and accelerate deals.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Denver, CO or Oakland, CA offices. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

Technologies You’ll Use

DemandBase, Rollworks, Webflow, Marketo, Mutiny, Postal.io, SFDC, and Looker.

What You’ll Do

Partner with sales to prioritize high-value target accounts and expansion opportunities.

Utilize account plans to outline key decision-makers, buying committee dynamics, and specific business challenges for named, Tier 1 accounts.

Craft compelling, multi-channel ABM campaigns designed to engage target accounts across all stages of the buyer's journey.

Manage the personalization and distribution of high-quality content (e.g., white papers, case studies, webinars) and creation of custom microsites tailored to the specific needs of target accounts.

Leverage campaign performance data, customer insights, product adoption metrics, and buying signals to refine strategies and deliver more personalized, impactful ABM programs.

Create targeted 1:1, 1:few and 1:many ABM campaigns to build awareness, increase engagement, create new opportunities, and mature pipeline targeting new lines of business, subsidiaries and other upsell opportunities within our top strategic customer accounts.

Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and recommend data-driven optimizations for continuous improvement.

Measure and report on the ROI of ABM programs, demonstrating the impact on pipeline generation and revenue growth.

Stay up-to-date on the latest ABM trends and best practices.

Skills We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably with a strong focus on ABM.

Proven track record of developing, executing and tracking successful ABM campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue in enterprise accounts, including but not limited to Display, Email, Chat, 1:1 Events, and Gifting campaigns.

In-depth knowledge of the ABM methodology and best practices.

Strong understanding of buyer personas, journey mapping, and account-based orchestration.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders.

Experience with ABM platforms such as Demandbase and Rollworks, or similar technologies.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Data-driven approach with a knack for translating data insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Compensation The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the target position and level. Denver Pay Range:

$123,600—$154,500 USD .
