What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Consult with customers and configure integrations on the ServiceNow platform to drive business outcomes
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party software platforms
Develop integration plans and strategies while ensuring best practices are followed
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to resolve complex user issues related to integrations and AI solutions
Analyze and improve current system configurations to support future customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
Active TS/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) Required
Minimum of 6 years of configuration/development experience for complex integration technologies
Proven ability to influence and consult in a varied customer environment
Maintain at least 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
Extensive experience with integration technologies and SaaS platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with ServiceNow’s Predictive/Task Intelligence, AI Search, and Virtual Agent
Strong Javascript skills with practical experience
Experience with data management, database design, and concepts
Familiarity with technical components such as LDAP, VPN, and SAML/SSO
Experience with Self Hosted implementations and/or Domain Separation
