Our Los Angeles–based Marketing team seeks a Senior Media Manager for the Legal vertical who can distill client goals into high-impact media strategies, lead a fast-paced team, and present complex ideas to C-level executives. The Opportunity: As the day-to-day leader for our high-value legal clients, you’ll own media planning, operations, team development, and client relationships. You’ll mentor planners, guide campaign execution, and deliver strategic insights across creative, marketing, and analytics teams; communicating clearly to senior stakeholders. Responsibilities
Develop and execute media strategies (audience selection, scheduling, creative direction) across digital channels, in partnership with Account Management and Marketing Execution Gather client objectives and translate them into seamless campaigns – aligning creative, landing pages, and paid teams Craft proposals and executive presentations; present performance results and optimizations directly to C-level and senior leaders Mentor and coach planners and junior staff, providing constructive feedback to drive professional growth and campaign excellence Track and analyze campaign performance against KPIs; recommend data-driven optimizations and innovative tactics Refine processes for planning, execution, and optimization; implement scalable, time-saving solutions Juggle multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment, maintaining quality and consistency Qualifications
5+ years in digital media planning, buying, and optimization, including team leadership and mentoring Strong analytical ability – turning data into actionable plans Excellent communication skills, with proven experience presenting complex strategies to C-level executives Demonstrated leadership: directing and aligning cross-functional teams Deep knowledge of digital platforms (display, native, SEM, social, video) Experience in competitive analysis, audience insights, and marketing strategy Proficiency with Excel and analytics tools; skilled at real-time optimizations Collaborative, transparent style, and a growth mindset Compensation & Benefits

Compensation for this role is expected to start at $115,000 and will depend on skills, qualifications, and experience. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
