Responsibilities

Develop responsive and visually appealing web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement and optimize designs according to best practices and user-centric methodologies

Work with RESTful APIs and third-party services to integrate dynamic content into applications

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for different devices and screen sizes

Implement performance and responsiveness enhancements to improve user experience

Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality and best practices

Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in frontend development and propose new tools and techniques that can improve product delivery

Contribute to team efforts in agile development cycles and collaborate effectively with backend developers

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in frontend web development

Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), as well as familiarity with frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular

Responsive Design: Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first approaches

Version Control: Proficient in using version control systems, particularly Git

Performance Optimization: Experience with performance optimization techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, and caching strategies

Cross-browser Compatibility: Knowledge of best practices to ensure compatibility across various browsers and devices

Testing & Debugging: Familiarity with modern debugging and testing techniques, including unit and integration testing

Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS

Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and practices

Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Gulp, or similar task runners

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
